First things first. The kit is absolutely awesome and must be seen up-close to be fully appreciated.

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Like most kits like this, there are spots where you have to balance it awkwardly, but nothing serious. My build time was around 10 hrs. but I wasn't in a hurry. It's a long kit so make sure you have plenty of room. Includes motor and battery which, if anything, was the trickiest part of the build. Extra parts too.

As to what it does.....If you are planning on "spraying" plastic bullets all over the house, this isn't for you. This mini-gun is a great display piece that feels good just to wave around when nobody's looking. Only the very end of the barrels actually rotates. It has six of the usual spring loaded "shooters" that each hold 1 "bullet". When the barrel rotates, these shoot out very fast. By the time you can start and stop the spin....you are out of ammo. You have to reload each of the shooters every time. The ammo belt is just for looks. None of this matters to me. This kit is still one of my absolute favorites and is prominently displayed.
